Taekwon-Do is the Korean art of self defence and the world’s most popular martial art. This husband and wife team have run successful classes in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Thailand.
Participants' ages have ranged from 5 to 81 years and have included students recovering from heart surgery, cancer, stroke, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, blood pressure, weight, and associated problems. ADD, ADHD, lack of confidence and self-esteem are catered for regularly. Life skills training form an important part of teachings.
